David Joseph Chapman, II is the Owner / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DC Appraisal, Inc. He is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser covering Florence and Darlington counties in South Carolina, and has completed over 1000 appraisals in the Pee Dee region. With David, you can be sure to expect reliability and transparency in the appraisal process.
David is a native of Florence, South Carolina, and a Marine Corps veteran that served in the Gulf War. Attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, graduating in 2005. In 2007, David returned to Florence with his family and completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Francis Marion University in 2010.
When not golfing, playing soccer, investing, or painting with oils, David enjoys spending time with his wife of 20+ years and his two sons. He and his family share a home with the spunky Ivan the Terrier and the ever-patient Sam the Cat. He was blessed by the Pope at the Vatican while serving in Naples, Italy.
